Kenmare Fáilte Hostel is a home away from home located in the centre of Kenmare, a picturesque heritage town in the South-West of Ireland on the Wild Atlantic Way. This comfortable, clean, family-run hostel features dorms as well as family, double and twin ensuite rooms.

Kenmare Fáilte Hostel is a wonderful budget accommodation for visitors exploring the natural beauty of the South-West on the Wild Atlantic Way.  Accommodation is comfortable and wonderfully clean and provides kitchen facilities with Aga Cooker and free tea/coffee etc., a TV/lounge area, complimentary WIFI, bicycle rack, free hot showers, and central heating.  This family-run hostel is a home away from home with a cosy, welcoming & peaceful ambience.
In the interest of tired travellers – Kenmare Fáilte Hostel actively discourages hen and stag nights. A strict curfew of 1:30am is enforced to ensure everyone has a good night’s sleep.
Our Reception area is open until 7pm – any late arrivals must be confirmed before 6pm of your arrival date.
Bed linen is provided for.
Towels can be rented for only €2.00 – just ask at Reception when checking in.

Getting here from Killarney:

There is a bus daily from Killarney to Kenmare during the Summer months between the 29.06.12 – 31.08.12, and off-peak the bus runs Mon-Friday only.

The closest airport to Kenmare is Kerry Airport at Farranfore which is about 50 minutes’ car journey from the town. Cork airport is 80 minutes’ drive away. The most direct route from the airports is via the N22 road which links Killarney and Cork. Turn off at loo bridge for Kenmare on the R569 which is well signposted.
